Yuan Bingyu

Mr. Yuan is the President of Guoxin Group, China¡¯s largest tendering and procurement company. and has over 20 years of project tendering and engineering consulting experience. Mr Yuan is an arbitrator of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, as well as Managing Director of China National Tendering & Bidding Association. He holds a bachelor degree in law from Beijing University. Prior to Guoxin Group, Mr. Yuan was a senior official of the NDRC, responsible for national infrastructure project planning and development as well as tendering and procurement.

Michael Fitzpatrick

Mr. Fitzpatrick is the co-founder and Chairman of ICG, and has over 31 years¡® financial services experience in Australia and the United States. Mr. Fitzpatrick was the founder and Managing Director of Hastings Funds Management until selling his interest in 2005, former chairman of Victorian Funds Management, a former director of Pacific Hydro Limited and Australia Infrastructure Fund, and is  currently a non-executive board member of Rio Tinto.

William Wu

Mr. Wu is the Responsible Officer of Capital International Management Limited and has over 20 years¡¯ experience in asset management, corporate finance, investment in the infrastructure and natural resources industries. Mr. Wu has held senior roles with leading global multi-national firms such as JPMorgan, CITIC Group, Anglo Chinese Group, Macquarie Bank and Austa Energy. Mr. Wu holds a MBA Degree (accounting) from Australia, and holds the Responsible Officer Type 4 license - "Advising on Securities" regulated by the Securities and Future Commission of Hong Kong (SFC).

John Clarke

Mr. Clarke is the co-founder and Managing Director of ICG. Prior to this, Mr. Clarke was the Managing Director of Morrison & Co., the management company of Infratil Australia, CFO of BellSouth New Zealand and played a pivotal role in the deregulation of the New Zealand electricity markets. Mr. Clarke has over 33 years' business experience with over 17 years¡¯ experience in infrastructure and utilities.

Kevin Lee

Mr. Lee is the Reponsible Officer of Capital International Management Limited and has over 17 years' investment banking experience in Asia and the United States. Mr. Lee was previously Co-Head of Energy & Resources at ABN AMRO Bank, head of M&A and Natural Resources team at CITIC Securities International, and Director at CitiGroup Global Markets. Mr. Lee has led and completed M&A advisory, equity and debt capital raising transactions for mining, oil & gas, power & utilities and telecoms companies. Mr. Lee holds the Responsible Officer Type 4 license - "Advising on Securities" regulated by the Secutities and Future Commission of Hong Kong (SFC).

Clara Yip

Ms. Yip is a Managing Director of Guoxin International Development and has over 20 years' investing and financing experience in Hong Kong and China. Ms. Yip previously held a senior management role at HK-listed China Overseas Holdings Group, and has served in senior management positions of major HK-listed companies and Chinese state-owned enterprises. Ms. Yip holds an MBA degree from Wales University (UK) and an EMBA degree from China People¡¯s University.

Ma Longbin

Mr. Ma is the Vice President of Guoxin Tendering Group and Executive Director of Guoxin International Development and has 30 years¡¯ experience across energy, environmental, infrastructure tendering and procurement experience. Prior to Guoxin, Mr. Ma was a senior official of Hunan Province, Vice Chairman of Peking University Investment Union, and China PE Secondary Market Development Union. He holds a MBA degree from Hunan University.

Andrew Pickering

Mr. Pickering is an Executive Director at ICG. He was previously Managing Director of TRUenergy and has been there since its formation. Mr. Pickering is the Chair of the Investment Committee for Equipsuper and has nearly 20 years¡¯ experience in the energy industry in Australia and Asia. In 2001, Mr. Pickering joined CLP in Hong Kong before returning to Australia in 2004 to become CEO of CLP¡¯s Yallourn Energy business.

Tom Laidlaw

Mr. Laidlaw joined ICG as an Executive Director in February 2012 having previously been a Division Director at Macquarie Group, where he provided financial advice to a broad range of infrastructure clients. Mr. Laidlaw has over 13 years global experience in infrastructure having worked in Australia, Canada and the UK in the transportation, regulated utility, power and telecommunication sectors.

Abby Yu

Ms. Yu has over 20 years¡¯ experience in the finance industry. Ms. Yu was the part of the founding management team of CITIC International Assets Management and has held roles at Standard Chartered and other multi-national banks over the past 10 years. Ms. Yu holds a bachelor degree in Social Sciences from the University of Hong Kong, a LLB degree from Manchester Metropolitan University (UK) and is a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Yu holds a Responsible Officer License issued by the Hong Kong SFC. Ms. Yu has been granted the licenses of "Advising on Corporate Finance as a Responsible Officer", "Advising on Securities as a Responsible Officer" and "Asset Management" by the Securities and Future Commission of Hong Kong (SFC).

Christine Wu

Dr. Wu is the Senior Representative in Australia for Guoxin International Development. Dr. Wu has broad connections with the Chinese government sector, financial institutions and enterprises. Dr. Wu has led an investment advisory company for both Australian and Chinese companies and been Professor in several universities in China. Dr. Wu was certificated a ¡°Foreign Experts¡± by State Administration, Foreign Experts Affairs, People's Replublic of China. She graduated from Central University of Finance and Economics Beijing, holds a Masters from University of New South Wales and PhD.

James Zhang

Mr. Zhang is a Manager of ICG. Prior to this role, Mr. Zhang had spent two years with a boutique corporate advisory firm and worked on projects across the utilities sector. Mr. Zhang holds a combined Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Commerce (Honours in Finance) degree from the University of Melbourne.

Joyce Lai

Ms. Lai is a Manager at ICG. Prior to that, Ms. Lai spent three years in corporate finance at Morgan Stanley, focusing on power and utilities transactions including acquisitions, private placements and equity and debt financing. Ms. Lai holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (First Class Honours in Finance) from the University of New South Wales.
